Ottawa

Nelson Street Student Housing was launched on September 2013. The property is only a 5 minute walk from the University of Ottawa and consists of 18 apartments with a total of 41 rooms. The property was beautifully renovated with high-end finishes and modern upgrades and has been at full capacity since the launch date!

Dec 2013

Pembroke

Synercapital was looking to expand by building a Student Residence near Algonquin College in Pembroke. When the 227 Lake, originally a Medical Building, became available for sale, Synercapital purchased the building. 227 Lake St. had a prime location and the perfect structure to be converted to a student residence. Being only 2 minutes from Algonquin College, Synercapital took it over in December 2013 and completed major renovations with luxury features and high-end finishes to the 48 Suites. It was named “AMNA” after the President’s Mother. Today it is the most sought-after Student Residence in Pembroke!

2015

Lindsay

Lindsay Student Residence was taken over by Synercapital in 2015. Being only a 5- minute walk from Fleming College makes it a prime location for the Students! Major renovations were recently done to update and improve all four Buildings on Mary Street (90, 92, 98 and 100 Mary) and has been home to many Students while away at School. Synercapital ensures a high-quality living environment for the Students. AMNA strives to provide a safe, comfortable and positive place that the Students can call home while away at School.
